The Creative Award has become a premier creative and communication excellence arbiter throughout its 29-year history. Using stringent evaluation criteria and blind judging processes, the competitions reward only those whose work exemplifies the finest in their class.
The Summit Creative Award (SCA) - Recoganizes creative excellence in advertising and marketing companies and individuals with billings under $40 million. Includes all media and industries.
The Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award (MEA) - An innovative competitive arena where the judging criteria are based on the true purpose of advertising and marketing communications; to influence the consumer's knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs.
The Summit Emerging Media Award (EMA) - Recognizing those pushing the bounds of the digital communication badlands. This award allows leaders, innovators, and visionaries to prove their standing on a global stage. It recoganizes those who demonstrate keen foresight in digital communications, introduce new methods, and direct and set the pace for tomorrow's media.
Since 1994, the Summit Creative Award has recognized creative firms and helped them stand out. This international advertising competition offers participants this opportunity to showcase their talents alongside similarly positioned agencies and to have their work judged by experts in the advertising field. The exclusive award selection process means winners have earned the right to broadcast their achievements far and wide.
General Eligibility/Rules:
Entries from all countries are eligible for submission.
Entries must be produced within the last two calendar years up through the final deadline.
Entries may not have been previously entered in the SCA competition unless 51% of the work has been revised.
All entries must be submitted for judging exactly as published, aired, or implemented and may not be modified for awards. The Summit Awards may request proof of initial production, publication, and/or air date.
A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries.
Avoid uploading presentation decks. Keep the creative as the hero and only provide a deck if necessary for the board of judges to understand the execution thoroughly. The Summit Awards reserves the right to re-categorize incorrectly classified entries.
Some entries may qualify for multiple categories; treat each entry as a separate submission.
Judges reserve the right to withhold an award in a category if submissions do not meet their expectations.
The Summit Awards reserves the right to determine eligibility.
Overall Eligibility Firms must have annual billings under $40 million to qualify for the Summit Creative Award. Some organizations are restricted to a lower maximum billing amount
