Shima Green is an award-winning director, photographer, and creative director known for crafting visually compelling and socially impactful content. With a dynamic career spanning fashion, production, and advertising, she has created for top global brands, including Converse, L’Oréal, MasterCard, Lysol, US Bank, Verizon, Samsung, Mercedes-Benz, Mass Mutual, St. Ives, Target, and McCormick.
Currently a Director and Photographer at Craft Worldwide, Shima led Converse’s global OOH campaign, Create Now, Create Next, and has directed motion and stills for major international campaigns. Her previous role at R/GA saw her concept and execute acclaimed work such as Love Has No Labels and Cindy Gallop’s Ask For A Raise.
Rooted in storytelling and authenticity, Shima is passionate about highlighting underrepresented voices and ensuring that creativity is not just visually striking but also meaningful.
