His contributions span film, independent and pop music, television, and advertising.

Ram has scored music for several feature films, including Let’s Talk, Khakee, Delhi Belly, Talaash, Fukrey, and Raees.

Ram Sampath has an extensive body of work in advertising, known for creating jingles and music that resonate with diverse audiences. Some of his notable advertising projects include The Times of India - Pakya, Mumbai Mirror - I Am Mumbai, Surf Excel - Puddle War, Nike - Traffic, Amazon - Aur Dikhao, Thums Up - #DoosraToofanShuru featuring Salman Khan, Closeup - Paas Aao Na featuring Sona Mohapatra, Airtel - Har Friend Zaroori Hai, Airtel Internet - 'Jo mera hai wo tera hai, Jo tera hai wo mera', Tata Safari Dicor 2.2 - Reclaim Your Life among many others.


Hee has worked on campaigns for brands such as Airtel, Docomo, Pepsi, and Exide, The Times of India, Close-up, Surf Excel, Amazon and more. He also composed the title track and 24 original songs for all three seasons of Aamir Khan's groundbreaking television show, Satyamev Jayate.


In addition to his film work, Ram presented two successful episodes on Coke Studio MTV India in 2013 and 2014.
