Matt Osborne

Originally hailing from Suffolk, England, Matt Osborne's fascination with visual imagery ignited a deep passion for the artistic and technical aspects of grading. He pursued his interest in this field during his studies at the University of Gloucestershire, where he earned a degree in Professional Video.


After a successful period at The Mill in Los Angeles, Chicago, and London, Matt Osborne joined Company 3, bringing his unique vision and exceptional talent as an artist. His expertise has been sought after for a diverse range of projects, including both long- and short-form works. Notably, he recently completed 'Wireless,' executive produced by Steven Soderbergh, and the feature film 'The Wolf of Snow Hollow,' directed by and starring Jim Cummings (Thunder Road).


Throughout his career, Osborne has coloured major music videos for top-tier artists such as The Weeknd, Katy Perry, Drake, Pharrell Williams, and Kanye West. His portfolio also includes significant commercial campaigns for prominent brands like Intel, Audi, EA, and Adidas, where he collaborated with renowned directors like Darren Aronofsky, Theodore Melfi, and Warren Fu.


Among his achievements, Osborne takes pride in his work on creative title sequences, notably the highly acclaimed open for HBO's True Detective, Season 3. Prior to his tenure at The Mill, he honed his colour grading skills under the guidance of leading artists at MPC in London, where his impressive career journey commenced.
