Mansha is the Head of Apps Business for Google Play Store in India, Southeast Asia, and AUNZ, where she supports developers in scaling their businesses and engaging users. She is a dynamic leader with a global upbringing across Cairo, Sydney, and Delhi, and an impressive track record in marketing, business development, and brand building. A graduate of the University of New South Wales with a degree in Economics and French, followed by an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta, Mansha’s career spans FMCG giants, transformative tech companies, and cutting-edge developer platforms.
After short stints at Clemenger Group, Greater Union Cinemas, and a summer at Morgan Stanley APAC, she ventured into the streets of South India with PepsiCo. At PepsiCo, she honed her skills in frontline sales and revenue. Rising quickly, she took on the role of Marketing Manager for iconic brands like Pepsi and Lay's, mastering the art of blending global legacy with local cultural relevance.
After PepsiCo, Mansha’s career transitioned into the tech world, where she held leadership roles at two of the most impactful consumer tech companies of our time: Apple and Google. At Apple, she led marketing for Apple Music and iTunes, focusing on the intersection of technology and entertainment. Joining Google in 2018, she has held pivotal roles, including Head of Marketing for YouTube India, and led Google Brand and Reputation initiatives.
Passionate about cross-functional collaboration and storytelling, Mansha values simplicity, clarity, and cultural nuance in business communication. Outside of work, she enjoys curating eclectic music playlists featuring 60s-70s singer-songwriters, afro-funk, and ethio-jazz, alongside electronica and R&B. On leisurely weekends, she can be found enjoying G&Ts with her partner, Nikhit, and their two cats, Posto and Mishti.
