KV Sridhar, also known as Pops, is a prominent Indian advertising professional who is currently the Global Chief Creative Officer at Nihilent Limited and Hypercollective, a company that offers innovative solutions for digital transformation, data analytics, and customer experience (of which he is also the Founder).
He is also the Co-founder of Nativepur, an e-commerce platform, which he inititiated early in 2023.
After graduating in 1979, Sridhar started his advertising journey at Ulka Advertising as the Branch Head. For the following years, he served as the Creative Director and Executive Creative Director at agencies like Lintas and Leo Burnett.
With over 40 years of experience in building strong brands, Sridhar's creative and entrepreneurial spirit has grown more versatile. His keen interest in literature and art, in addition, adds to his remarkable forte in storytelling.
His brand portfolio includes Coca-Cola, ThumsUp, Limca, Maaza, Minute Maid, Fiat, GM, Samsung, and LG, to name just a few.
Sridhar has won a record of 23 Cannes Lions, over 100 international awards, and 300 Indian awards. He was honoured with the New York Festivals' Creative Achievement Award in 2010 and was inducted into the “Hall of Fame” of Asian Advertising and Marketing Legends of the last 40 years by Campaign Asia. He has been part of many awards juries, including Cannes, One Show, D&AD, New York Festivals, London Festivals, and AdFest. Additionally, he has been a TEDx speaker.
