Krzysztof Trojnar, a London-based director of photography, has made his mark in the international film industry. He holds degrees from the National Film and Television School in the UK and the Krzysztof Kieslowski Film School in Katowice, Poland.
Among his notable narrative works is "Shit Eaters," which earned a spot in the official selection of over 15 festivals, including the BFI London Film Festival and London Short Film Festival. Krzysztof's exceptional talent in cinematography garnered him the prestigious WOOD PENCIL - BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY award at the D&AD Awards 2019 for the music video "Never Change." His short film "Such Small Hands" received multiple accolades, including Best Thriller, Best Cinematography, and Best Director at the Aesthetica Short Film Festival in the UK.
Notably, he also served as the 2nd Unit DP for the series "1899," created by the minds behind the hit show "Dark." Currently, Krzysztof is working on another Netflix drama series titled "Baby Reindeer," which is being filmed in the UK.
In the realm of commercials, Krzysztof's artistic eye has captured the essence of well-known brands such as Oppo, Adidas, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hennessy, and Fendi, among others. His cinematography expertise continues to leave a lasting impression, enriching the visual storytelling of various projects across different mediums.
