Josie Juneau is a highly respected figure in the advertising and production industry, currently serving as Head of Advertising at Ridley Scott Associates (RSA). In this newly created role, she works alongside RSA MD Kai Hsiung, overseeing the UK roster of directors, developing talent, and managing key agency relationships.

With a career spanning over two decades, Josie began at the award-winning Ecosse Films before transitioning into advertising, spending 12 years at leading agencies such as Lowe, Ogilvy, AMV BBDO, and 180 Amsterdam. She then moved to the production company side as Head of New Business at Rattling Stick, where she later became Executive Producer and Partner. During her eight-year tenure, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s creative direction and sustaining its reputation for award-winning work.

Josie has worked with some of the most recognized names in advertising, including Daniel Kleinman, Andy McLeod, Ivan Bird, and the late Ringan Ledwidge. Under her leadership, Rattling Stick secured top industry accolades, including Cannes Lions Grand Prix, British Arrows Chairman’s Awards, and D&AD Yellow Pencils. She also played a key role in establishing a strategic partnership between Rattling Stick and US-based Superprime Films, representing legendary directors such as Damien Chazelle, Yorgos Lanthimos, Sam Taylor-Johnson, and Martin Scorsese.

Now at RSA, Josie’s appointment follows the success of the company’s Unscripted and Creative Divisions, which have delivered projects like the acclaimed Robbie Williams Netflix series and Diageo’s House of Gucci brand partnership.
