Named in Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 and Campaign Asia’s Women to Watch, she is known for her fearless, purpose-driven creativity that challenges norms and sparks conversations.

After leadership roles at VMLY&R U.S., BBDO, Ogilvy, and Leo Burnett Pakistan, Hira founded her independent creative agency, AND THE NERVE!, a space dedicated to audacious storytelling and bold brand narratives. Her disruptive campaigns, including UN Women’s #BridalUniform (#56 on WARC100) and #BeatMe (Gunn Top 100 Campaigns of 2017), have earned over 200 international awards, including Cannes Lions, Clios, D&AD, and more.
