His career began in the agency world, where he worked as an Art Director at Ogilvy in 2008. Later, he transitioned to McCann Erikson, where he held the position of Senior Creative Solutions Art. Subsequently, he returned to Ogilvy, this time as a Creative Director.


His work has garnered attention from prestigious publications such as The New York Times, Time Magazine, Mashable U.S., People Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, BBC International, The Guardian, Global Citizen, The Independent, and many others.


Harshik's impact extends globally, with his work receiving accolades including the esteemed One Show Gold, D&AD Impact White Pencil, Film Gold, Glass Lion, and Creative Effectiveness Lion at Cannes Lions.
