The co-Founder and CEO of Talented Agency, that won three medals at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity in 2023, Gautam Reghunath has a noteworthy career trajectory.
Prior to co-founding Talented, He served as a driving force at Dentsu Webchutney, which has since transformed into Dentsu Creative. During his tenure, the agency achieved remarkable success, securing numerous prestigious awards at Cannes Lions, including the coveted Agency of the Year title in 2022.
He has also served as the Brand Services Executive at L&K Saatchi & Saatchi in the earlier days of his career.
In 2023, Gautam was among Ad Age's 40 under 40 honorees.
