Found Objects is an artist collective based in New York, founded by award-winning Film and TV composers Jay Wadley and Trevor Gureckis. They have gained recognition for their recent original scores, including Charlie Kaufman's "I'm Thinking of Ending Things" (Netflix), M. Night Shyamalan's series "Servant" (AppleTV+), and the feature film "OLD." They have also composed for projects such as "Swan Song" (AppleTV+), "I Carry You With Me" (Sony Pictures Classics), and the highly anticipated video game remake of "Dead Space" (EA Games).
The collective operates from a state-of-the-art 4,300 square foot studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn, equipped with a live room and a 5.1 ATC Mix room. Notably, they hosted the score mix for the film adaptation of Lin-Manuel Miranda's "In The Heights" (Warner Bros.) and the score recording and mix for "Palmer" (AppleTV+).
Found Objects has collaborated with and orchestrated for renowned artists such as Black Pumas, Caroline Shaw, Lucius, D.R.A.M., Philip Glass, Rufus Wainwright, Niia, Mark Ronson, Calexico, and Andrew Wyatt. They have also licensed music from various artists, including Elvis and Biggie Smalls.
Their work has been recognized by prestigious awards such as the Clios, Cannes Lions, AMP Awards, AICP Awards, ADC Awards, LIA Awards, and Webby Awards. Additionally, Found Objects recently made Inc.'s list of the 5000 fastest-growing privately-held companies.
They have created commercial work for prominent brands including Apple, Samsung, Nike, Uber, Ancestry, Nordstrom, and Mattress Firm, among others.
