Felipe Simi is the CEO, and Creative Chairperson of Droga5, one of Brazil’s most awarded independent creative agencies, leading work for major global brands like Spotify, AB InBev, Netflix, and Google. He also found Soko, a Brazilian agency in 2015, which is now a part of the world-renowned creative agency Droga5. Under his leadership, Soko grew into a powerhouse of 350 collaborators, known for crafting innovative brand stories that generate earned media impact.

A TED speaker, LGBTQIA+ activist, and branding expert, Felipe was named one of the 50 most creative people in Brazil by WIRED in 2020 and ranked the #1 most admired advertising executive in Brazil according to 2023 Agency Scope research. His career spans both client and agency sides, with early roles at The Hershey Company and Unilever, followed by leadership positions at New Content and CUBOCC before founding Soko in 2015.

Felipe’s strategic and creative approach has earned him recognition at Cannes Lions, El Ojo, Clube de Criação, and The One Show. He has also served as a Cannes Lions jury member (2019) and The One Show judge (2021). In 2022, he was named "Advertising Game Changer" by Meio & Mensagem and nominated for the “Industry Leader” category at Prêmio Caboré.

Beyond advertising, Felipe is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion in the industry. He is the President of Observatório da Diversidade na Propaganda, an association of 30 Brazilian agencies dedicated to increasing representation of underrepresented groups in advertising. He firmly believes that creative excellence stems from diverse perspectives, shaping work that is both culturally relevant and socially impactful.
