Eriks Krumins

Based in LA

While studying law, Eriks fell in love with production. He started out producing low budget music videos, creating award winning work for major label acts such as Smashmouth, Sugar Ray, Barenaked Ladies, and Cypress Hill among others.

Eriks joined Backyard Productions as commercials Executive Producer where he produced around the world for global brands and advertising agencies. While at Backyard, Krumins was named to the original AICP. next committee.

A highlight of his non-traditional experience is exemplified by his work as Executive Producer of the short film Majoko Princess which was screened in Takashi Murakami’s exhibit within Pop Life: Art in the Material World at the Tate Modern museum in London, Kunsthalle Hamburg, and the National Gallery in Ottawa. The short film starred Kirsten Dunst and was commissioned by, and in collaboration with, contemporary artist Takashi Murakami. Krumins joined Furlined as Vice President/Executive Producer, overseeing and executive producing a variety of award winning work including the cross platform

“Climate Name Change” film out of Barton F Graf.

Since 2015, Krumins has been part of the award winning MJZ team which

earned back to back wins of the Cannes Advertising Festival Palme d’Or in 2017 and

2018.
