Currently ECD at Arts & Letters Creative Co, Danielle's career kicked off as the first employee of Weiss, Whitten, a startup in NYC. There, Danielle not only honed her skills but also played a pivotal role in building renowned brands such as Swatch, A|X Armani Exchange, and Guinness. Following this, she embarked on a remarkable 17-year tenure at Wieden+Kennedy, where she contributed to iconic campaigns for Nike, Target, Starbucks, Levis, P&G (Proud Sponsor of Moms), Facebook, and Partnership for a Drug-Free America. This experience solidified her belief in the power of independent thinking and the remarkable achievements that can be accomplished through authentic and bold collaborations. Additionally, Danielle dedicated six months to working in Ethiopia on the impactful "Girl Effect" project for the Nike Foundation, collaborating with a diverse team of passionate individuals to build a bespoke brand.
Transitioning to Los Angeles, Danielle joined Media Arts Lab and MALforGOOD as an Executive Creative Director. There, she had the privilege of working with notable clients such as Apple, Conservation International, The One Love Foundation, and Emerson Collective's XQ: The Super School Project. Currently, Danielle finds herself engaged in an exhilarating and fulfilling role as an Executive Creative Director at Arts & Letters Creative Co. in Richmond, Virginia. Collaborating with talented creative leaders and passionate teams, Danielle lends her expertise to projects for clients including Google, ESPN, NBC News/MSNBC, and others, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.
