Currently serving as Executive Director – Creative Production & Services at The Mill, Chand plays a crucial role in driving innovation, streamlining production workflows, and delivering high-quality visual content for brands, films, and digital platforms. His expertise spans creative direction, production management, business strategy, and team leadership, ensuring seamless execution from concept to final delivery.
In his role at The Mill, Chand has overseen significant projects, including the collaboration with Grammy Award-winning artist Ricky Kej and UNICEF India on the animated film "LiFE Song." This project merged real-time technologies with traditional animation techniques to promote sustainability and environmental awareness.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Chand serves as the Secretary of the Association of Bangalore Animation Industry (ABAI), contributing to the growth and development of the animation sector in India.
