Caio Fernando Batista is a Brazilian Creative Director currently working at Leo Burnett Chicago and dedicated to clients such as Samsung, Facebook & Bank of America.


Before the US, Caio worked as Art Director & Designer in São Paulo, Madrid, and Berlin in agencies like TBWA, Africa DDB, WundermanThompson, and Antoni Berlin - creating visuals, ideas and helping to shape brands like Mercedes-Benz, Samsung, BMW, ESPN, P&G, ABInBev. His work has been recognized by Cannes Lions Festival, D&Ad, OneShow, Clio, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, CCSP, Awwwards, and few others.


It has also been featured in numerous publications, like Fast Company, Ad Age, Creativity, Dazed & Confused, Communication Arts, Contagious, Computer Arts, Webdesigner Magazine.


Caio believes creative collaboration is a vital part of transforming brands into the conversation & pop culture. He identifies as a Queer proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and is mostly interested in making the workspace more diverse and inclusive.
