Atul Mongia has spent two decades shaping performances and narratives in the industry. As one of the most acclaimed casting directors, he has worked on films like Queen, Lootera, Titli, LSD, Shanghai, and Shor in the City. He is also a sought-after acting mentor, having trained leading actors like Anushka Sharma, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Saif Ali Khan, and Vicky Kaushal.
Atul was instrumental in introducing acting workshops to Hindi cinema, starting with LSD in 2009, and has since conducted workshops for over 40 films, collaborating with top directors such as Zoya Akhtar, Vishal Bhardwaj, Vikramaditya Motwane, and Reema Kagti. His contributions have redefined how actors prepare for their craft, making workshops an industry standard.
He is also the co-founder of The Artist Collective, which houses both a production company and an acting workshop, dedicated to nurturing talent and producing compelling narratives.
