Having worked with some of the world’s biggest agencies—JWT India, Leo Burnett, and Contract Advertising—Dias’ career is studded with award-winning campaigns, including Times of India’s 'India vs. India', Airtel’s 'Har Ek Friend Zaroori Hota Hai', and ABP’s 'Curiosity Questions Answers'. His work has been recognized across the Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, and more, consistently pushing Indian advertising onto the global stage.

As Co-founder of Taproot India, later Taproot Dentsu, Dias built one of India’s most prominent creative agencies, earning international acclaim and placing India firmly on the world map of advertising. Under his leadership, Taproot produced iconic campaigns for PepsiCo, Nike, Coca-Cola, The Times of India, Mumbai Mirror, Unilever, DeBeers, Airtel, and many others, setting new creative benchmarks in Indian advertising. His leadership helped Dentsu rank among the top 20 independent agencies worldwide.
